RETURN AND EXCHANGE

If for any reason you wish to return the good to our company, we would give you FULL REFUND.

Please follow the following return and exchange policy.



Return of unwanted item


  • You are welcome to return any unwanted items within 7 days of receipt.

  • Goods are returned to Deichmann & Co. Limited at your own cost.

  • The return must use original EVITA PERONI box sent with product.

  • Returns are only accepted providing the product is unused and in a reasonable condition with all tag attached.

  • We will refund to you the item costs in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

  • If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or color, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately.


Return of damaged or incorrect items


  • Please return the product unused with the tag attached to us within 7 days.

  • We will arrange to re-send a new product in the same form originally used for purchase.

  • If the product is damaged upon receipt by you or is incorrect, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you.

  • Please include in the returned parcel a copy of shipping fee invoice. We will contact you to arrange refund of shipment cost.

  • All return shipping fee must be prepaid.

  • Only in case the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.



Refund policy

Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition.

All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.



Refund timeline

Refund will be issued to the same account holder and in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Refund by Credit Card takes about 3 to 4 weeks to process.



Undeliverable orders

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.

When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund in the original form of payment.

We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for resend shipping fee per parcel.
